How do I change the hours I work for my Calendar in Outlook?
Outlook 2010 for windows
Click the "Options" button under the "File" tab menu in Outlook.
Set your workday hours
Under "Calendar," there should be an option to set your work hours.
In Outlook 2011, click on the "Preferences" menu item under "Outlook."
Click the Calendar button.
Enter your workday hours.
You can now enter your workday hours.
