Why does the public copy machine not scan my ID?
When utilizing the public copy machines or printers, you may receive an error or it may not read your card to allow you to release the documents from your print queue.
If your card is having trouble reading, please stop by Support Central at your earliest convenience. In the mean time, you can log in using the MOBILE APP to print, or LOG IN on the touch screen of any public copier.
Also, you must use your most recent ID card. You cannot use any old ID card (on anything on campus).
