Follow the instructions below to manually turn on the "Staple" option for Canon Copiers.
Open System Preferences
- Click the Apple at the top left corner of the screen.
- Click System Settings.
- Scroll down and click Printers & Scanners
- Click CanonCopier
Click Options & Supplies
1. Click the Options tab at the top of the window
2. Make the following changes:
- Cassette Feeding Unit - On
- Paper Deck Unit - On (if they need the paper deck option)
- Output Options - Staple Finisher J1
- External Puncher - 2/3 Holes
3. Click OK
Click Done
