When you graduate, you are authorized to one copy of Microsoft Office and one copy of the Windows operating system that was available to students when you graduated. You can download a copy of each software license for a future re-install, if needed.
Microsoft allows the University to transfer some software licenses to graduates. You can install the software immediately or you can copy the software to removable media so you can re-install the software if you have any problems with your computer at a later date.
Here is a list of the programs available with their download links. You will need valid OC login credentials to download the software. If you do not remember your password, you can change it at our Forgotten Password page.
Please note that each student or graduate is only licensed to one copy of Microsoft Office and/or the Windows OS. You may not install the software on multiple computers. You are legally liable for any copyright infringement that might occur for using unlicensed software. Alumni who did not graduate are not licensed for any Microsoft software through OC.

If you were issued an OC computer, some software licenses installed on that computer do not transfer.
The following programs have licenses that do not transfer:
- Sophos Anti-Virus
- LockDown Browser
OC has created a program that will remove these programs for you called GradPrep. If you do not run the GradPrep program as instructed, you are legally liable for any copyright infringement that might occur for using unlicensed software.
The iLife software is only available in the original operating system for your laptop. If you upgrade your operating system, this software may become inoperable. You will need to uninstall the program and purchase the software from the App Store (some components are available free of charge) if the software becomes inoperable and you wish to continue using it. I am an alumni student, and when clicking on the link to get to the graduate downloads section, it leads me to "https://www.oc.edu/it" instead. This does not give any links to any software, instead giving links to either go back to the main support.oc.edu webiste, or create a support ticket.
I cannot access the Windows 10 license key, every time I click the hyper text it prompts me for my login credentials but won't authenticate. Every other license key on this screen works.
