Migrating contacts from Outlook in Mac

You can transfer your contacts from your Outlook (Microsoft Exchange) account to your Gmail account.

In Outlook, on the top left corner of your screen, select "File" and then "Export".

Select the bubble for "Contacts to a list", then click the arrow on the bottom right.

Enter the file name you would like it saved as, and the destination. Click "Save".

In your Gmail account, select Mail, and then contacts, on the top left corner of the window.

On the toolbar on the left side, select "Import Contacts...".

Click "Choose File" and select the file that you created from Outlook, and select "Import".

Your contacts will automatically load into your contact list on Gmail.
