Removing Exchange account in Outlook for Windows

You will need to remove your Exchange account so your Gmail account can work properly.

Click the Start Menu, and select "Control Panel".

Click the Start Menu, and select "Control Panel".

In the Category view, select "User Accounts".

In the Category view, select "User Accounts".

If you are in the Large Icon or Small Icon view, select Mail.

Select "Mail".

Select "Mail".

Select "Email Accounts".

Select "Email Accounts".

Select your Exchange account, and click "Remove".

Select your Exchange account, and click "Remove".
