Unable to Log into MyOC (Internet Explorer)


  • If you are experiencing difficulty logging into MyOC in Internet Explorer, first try connecting to the OC network through VPN (view instructions for creating VPN to OC for Windows or Mac).
  • If creating a VPN does not work, follow the instructions below to remove as a trusted site.
  • If these instructions do not fix your problem, try changing your password.

  1. Open Internet Explorer (IE).
  2. Click on the cog symbol at the top-right corner of the browser to open the "Tools" menu.
  3. Select "Internet Options."

  1. Select the "Security" tab.
  2. Click on the green "Trusted Sites" icon.
  3. Click the "Sites" button.




  1. Select "" from the list of websites.
  2. Click the "Remove" button.
  3. Click "Close."
  4. Close out of Internet Options.
  5. Close entirely out of Internet Explorer.
