Enrollment Verification


If you need a certificate verifying your enrollment, follow the instructions below to access the necessary document.


MyOC Services

  1. Log into myOC. (Instructions for logging into myOC)
  2. Select the "Services" tab.




Find "Verification of Enrollment Letter Request Form"

  1. Type "Verification of Enrollment Letter Request Form" in the search bar.
  2. Click on "Verification of Enrollment Letter Request Form" under the "Registrar" section.



Enter OC Network Username and Password

  1. Enter in your username (firstname.lastname).
  2. Enter your network password.
  3. Click "Log in."

Click the link that says "Obtain an enrollment certificate."




Print the Certificate
