- For the username, use northinstitute@oc.edu
- For the password, use jesus1stZOOM
Schedule a Meeting

Click Schedule a Meeting

- Give the meeting a name
- Select the date and start time
- Choose the duration
- Leave these boxes unchecked
- Turn these On if you want to video the participants and the host.
- Select Both
- Check Record Automatically if you are using video. You can select other options in this area too.
- Click Save
Add to Calendar

- Click to add the event to your Google Calendar
- Take note of the join URL. You can copy and paste this to invite others.
Add Guests
- You can edit/modify this message to be sent to others. It does contain the URL to join the meeting.
- Enter names or email addresses to invite others.
- Edit the settings for guests to your meeting. Guests do not have to be a part of OC to receive this email; just type in their full email address.
- Click Save
