Change Your Name

If you need to change your name, you may do so by completing the Student Change of Address or Name Form from your MyOC page. Please have one of the following documents available to upload to verify your name change: 

• Driver's License
• Marriage License
• Passport
• Social Security Card

After you have officially changed your name with the Registrar's Office, stop by Support Central to have a new ID card printed. You will not be charged for this card, as the first one printed under a new name is free. If you would like to change your account username, please bring your laptop with you when you get your new ID card printed.
