Oklahoma Christian University uses the National Student Clearing House to process official transcript orders. It costs $8.40 to request an official transcript. Your transcript can either be mailed to you or another institution, or it can be e-mailed to you or another institution. You will need the recipient's information to complete this process.
If you attended Oklahoma Christian University prior to Fall 1986 or if you attend Magic Valley College, Baker College, Columbia College or Global Christian University your only choice for the delivery method will be via regular U.S. postal service. You can request these transcripts online by choosing Oklahoma Christian University since our university handles these transcripts.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION before you place your order:
- Transcripts will not be released for students who have a hold on their account.
- Only choose Hold for Degree if you are graduating this term.
- If you need the current semester's grades on the official transcript, remember to choose Hold for Grades
- Electronic Transcripts expire after 30 days. Make sure to print off your transcript before the 30 days.
Complete National Student Clearing House Process
To obtain an official transcript, navigate to https://tsorder.studentclearinghouse.org/school/ficecode/00316500
- Click Order Transripts.
Personal Info
- Enter your name and birthday. If your name has changed (ie, gotten married), you will need to fill out both your current name and your school name.
- Enter and confirm your social security number AND/OR your student ID number. This area is not required but it can be helpful to locate your records. If you do not know your ID number, you can call Support Central at 405-425-5555.
- Select Yes or No concerning your enrollment.
- If you attended OC prior to 1986 or if you attended Baker College, Cascade Christian College, Columbia College, Global Christian University, Ohio Valley University, Northeastern Christian Junior College or Magic Valley Christian College, Click Yes. If not, click No.
- Enter the year you began your studies and the year you ended your studies
- Click Continue.

- Enter your complete contact information.
- If you would like updates via text, click Yes, otherwise click No.
- Click Continue.
Select Schools/Programs (optional)
- If you attended an additional college or university associated with OC, check the box next to its name and enter the year you began and ended studies.
- When complete, or if you have not additional colleges to enter, click Continue.
Select Recipient
- Select who you are sending your transcript to. You can choose:
- College or University
- Education Organization, Application Service and Scholarships
- Employer or Other (Choose this option if you can not find the school or organization in the above option.)
- Myself.
- Enter any additional requested Information
- Select Continue.
Delivery Details
- Select the timing for processing your transcript.
- Select Hold For Grades - if you want the transcript to be sent after grades have been posted.
- Select Hold For Degree - if you want it sent after your grades and degree have been posted.
- Select the Type of transcript you want
- Complete/All - both graduate and undergraduate classes
- Graduate - all masters-level classes
- Undergraduate - All undergraduate classes
- Select how you want your transcript sent
- Electronic
- Hold for Pickup
- If needed, add any additional documents that need to be sent with the transcript.
- Click Continue.
Checkout
Review order details and click Checkout.
