Blackboard - How to View Feedback on a TurnitIn Assignment

Step 1: Sign into Blackboard

Step 2: Navigate to the Blackboard course which has the TurnitIn Assignment

Step 3: Go to the location of the TurnitIn assignment in your Blackboard course, and click on the assignment title

Once you click on the assignment title, it will open up the TurnitIn Dashboard

Step 4: Either click on the assignment title again, or click on you score that you see

Once you click on either one, it will open up your submission.

Step 5: Click on the blue comment bubbles on the essay itself to see the feedback that is specific to particular sentences or paragraphs

Once you click on them, they will expand and let you read the feedback:

Step 6: If your instructor has given you overall feedback on your paper, it will be located to the right of your essay. Sometimes the overall feedback box opens automatically, and sometimes you will need to select the button which opens it up. The relevant button is pictured below:

Step 1: Sign into Blackboard

Step 2: Navigate to your Blackboard course

Step 3: Click on "My Grades"

Step 4: Locate the specific assignment title in the My Grades view, and click on the title

This will take you right back to the TurnitIn dashboard, where you can follow steps 4 - 6 as written above.
