This answer shows you how to view an inbox that has been shared with you as a delegate. For these instructions, please log in to your Gmail account. If you do not know how to log in to your OC email account, please see our instructions on how to Access Google Apps.
Settings
- Click the Settings icon in the top right corner of your screen.
- Click Settings.
Add Shared Account
- Click on the Accounts and Import tab
- Click Add a mail account
Enter Email
- Enter the email address of the inbox you would like to access.
- Click Next
Enter Email Settings
- Enter the email username you would like to access. (Typically the email address itself)
- Enter the email account password of the inbox you would like to access
- These settings should be configured correctly automatically
- Make sure the 'Always use secure connection' box is checked. The other options can be changed based on your own preference.
- Click Add Account
