Open the Payroll TimeSheet Entry from the Services Section of myOC
- Navigate to my.oc.edu.
- Select Services.
- Find the Payroll Time Sheet Entry under Human Resources.
Select the Position for Time Entry
- Select the position for which you'd like to enter time. If you work in more than one department, or in more than one position all of your positions will be listed here.
- Press Submit.
Enter Time Worked
The time you are expected to work for each day will be pre-populated in the worksheet. If you are not able to work your expected hours during the week, you can enter the appropriate time in the necessary leave category.
- On Monday, I left early to go to my child's party at school. I won't be making that time up later in the week, so I took the time as annual leave.
- On Tuesday, I was sick and did not come to work. I removed the hours worked and added my time to Sick Hours.
