Follow the steps below to fix an issue with a Dell computer connecting to a projector or if the aspect ratio is off after connecting.
Please complete the steps below with your computer connected to the projector.
Launch Intel Graphics Control Panel
- In the search box next to the Windows menu, begin typing "Intel Graphics Control Panel."
- Select the Intel Graphics Control Panel App that appears.
- In the display drop-down, select the projector. (In this case, it's the Optoma display.)
- Select "Maintain Aspect Ratio."
