These instructions show you how to subscribe yourself to public Google Groups, such as Student Announcements. For these instructions, please log in to your Gmail account. If you do not know how to log in to your Gmail account, please see our instructions on how to Access Google Apps.
Go to Google Groups
Go to groups.google.com
Locate the Desired Group

- In the search bar, type in the name of the Google Group you would like to subscribe to. (In this example, it is 'Student Announcements')
- Click Search for groups named 'student announcements'
Select Group

Click the title of the group you want to subscribe to.
Join the Group

Click Join group
Review Settings

- Review the settings for receiving emails and notifications.
- Click Join this group
Success!
To view all of the Google Groups that may be available to you, click Browse All from the Google Groups home page.
