Overview:
Once you have updated to MacOS Sequoia, you need to add the Sophos Updater to your privacy settings to allow it to have full disk access to your computer in order for Sophos to continue protecting your computer. Here is the complete guide on how to do this.
Step 1:
In the top left corner of your screen, click on the Apple logo to view the drop down menu.

Step 2:
Click on System Settings.

Step 3:
Inside the System Settings, scroll down and click on Privacy & Security.

Step 4:
Once you are in the Privacy & Security tab, scroll down and click on Full Disk Access.

Step 5:
Scroll down to Sophos Updater and click the slider to enable it. You have now turned on the Updater for Sophos!
If this enabler is not available, please click the plus button at the bottom of the folder screen and continue through the guide to set up the Updater.

Step 6:
Login using your username and password for your computer. If you are not set up as an admin on your device, please come by Support Central and we can set that up for you.

Step 7:
When you have entered your username and password, Finder will open. Click on the top middle where it says Desktop and select "Macintosh HD"

Step 8:
Next, click the folder that says Library.

Step 10:
The Sophos Updater will be added to your Full Disk Access list. Click the slider to turn it on.
