This article demonstrates how to use Lighthouse in order to report behavioral or professional issues you are experiencing with a students. All you need is a working computer with a connection to the internet in order to complete this task.
Step 1: Go to https://oc.pharos360.com/apps/launchpad.php.
Step 2: Click on "My Students"
Step 3: Select the student (s) who you need to communicate about.
Step 4: Once selected, on the right hand side of the page the student profile will put up. Select "Student Update."
Step 5: On the page which pulls up, select the appropriate box which categorizes what sort of report you will be making about the student.
Step 6: Fill out the form and submit.
Congratulations! You have successfully reported a student's behavioral and/or professional issues through Lighthouse! Email northinstitute@oc.edu if you run into any issues.
