Zoom Phone - Create a Custom Call Handling Rule for Holidays and Extended Absences

  1. Go to https://zoom.us/signin
  2. Sign in using Google
  3. Click on "Phone" located on the left side of the screen
  4. Click on the Settings Tab
  5. Scroll down to the Call Handling section
  6. Click on the manage link next to the Holiday List and Call handling
  1. Click Add
  1. Enter in a Name for the Holiday/Extended Leave
  2. Enter in the Date and time this occurs

If you want it to happen for a full 24hrs and not choose a time, you can check the All day checkbox.

  1. Once finished, you can click save
  1. You will then be able to choose what happens to any calls that may come in. You can choose to have them forwarded to Voicemail, play a message and disconnect the call, or forward to a different extension.
