How to Change/Personalize ringtone

Go to your desk phone and look at the number pad.  There should be a button with three lines on the top left of the number pad.  The main menu should appear with a list of prompts.  Go down the list until you reach “Settings”.  Scroll down until you see “Audio”.  This is where you can edit the volume, microphone level, ringtones, etc.  Go to the bottom of the list until you see “Personalize ringing” and click it.  Now you have the option of editing different ringtones set for different types of calls or notifications.  If you want to change your ringtone, navigate to “Primary”.  A list should now appear of different ring tones that you can test play.  To select the ringtone as your primary, click the enter button on the number pad.

Open Main Menu > Settings > Audio > Personalize Ringing

Select what type of notification that you want to change the ringtone for.  Now you just have to choose a ringtone.
