How to Reset Voicemail Password

  1. Select the Message button on the number pad.
  2. Enter your voicemail password if prompted.
  3. The Visual Voice menu should now be open
  4. Select Password
  5. Enter your current Password
  6. Save
  7. Enter your new Password.
  8. Save

You have now successfully changed your password!  If you have forgotten your voicemail password, contact Support Central or go through the Avaya app to recover your password.
