Reset Your Avaya Cloud Office Password
- Navigate to https://service.cloudoffice.avaya.com.
- Enter your Email address or user assigned Phone Number and click the "Next" button.
- Click "Forgot Password?" under the "Back" and "Sign In" buttons.
- Confirm your Email address or user assigned Phone Number and click the "Reset" button. An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to you.
- Open the email message you received from the system and click the "Reset Your Password" link. A browser page will open to "Create New Password".
- Enter a new password, noting the Password Criteria* Note: each parameter shows a green check when met.
- Re-enter the New Password.
- Click the "Save" button and receive the "Your new password has been reset successfully." confirmation message.

*The required password criteria is as follows:
- At least one letter (latin characters)
- At least one number (0-9)
- One upper case letter or special character (e.g. !, @, $, #)
- No sequential (e.g. "1234", "7890", "Abcd")
- No repeating (e.g. "222", "Aaa", "###")
- No account information (e.g. first/last name, phone number)
- Length 8-32 characters

Note: If you have already created an account with Avaya Cloud Office, you can use the "Google" button under "Or sign in with" to conveniently sign in with your OC Google Account.
