Reset Your Avaya Cloud Office Voicemail PIN
- Navigate to https://service.cloudoffice.avaya.com.
- Enter your Email address or user assigned Phone Number and click the "Next" button.
- Enter your Password in the "Password" field and click the "Sign In" button.
Note: If prompted with "Two-factor authentication required", click the "By email to..." button, check your email for the "Security Access Code", and enter the code you received via email. - Click "Settings" (in the top row of menu items).
- Click "User Details" > "Security" tab.
- Click the "Change" button under "Password and PIN".
- Review and accept the Confirmation by clicking the "Yes" button.
- Enter your current password and click the "Next" button.
- Click the "PIN" tab.
- Enter a new PIN, ensuring the criteria is met.
- Re-enter your new PIN and click the "Save" button.
- You will be signed out of Avaya Cloud Office with your new voicemail PIN set.

*The required PIN criteria is as follows:
- Only numerical digits, no letters.
- No sequential (e.g. "1234", "7890")
- No repeating (e.g. "222", "050505")
- No account information (e.g. extension number, phone number)
- Length 6-10 digits
Note: If you have already created an account with Avaya Cloud Office, you can use the "Google" button under "Or sign in with" to conveniently sign in with your OC Google Account.
