Avaya Cloud Office: How do I view my call log?

View and Report On Your Avaya Cloud Office Calls

1. Open the Avaya Cloud Office Service Web: https://service.cloudoffice.avaya.com.
2. After signing in, if you have a drop-down menu next to your user menu in the top-right corner of the window, select "My Extension". Most users will not have this menu and can skip this step.
3. In the top menu bar, click on "Call Log".
4. Here you will be able to view all of your calls.
5. To manually retrieve the call log based on the window's current view (i.e., "Simple/Detailed", "Last 7 days", etc.), click the "Download" button.
6. To automatically email call logs, click the "Delivery Settings" button.
   In the "Call Log Email Delivery Settings" window, you can choose to have your call log automatically emailed to yourself or someone else - daily, weekly, and/or monthly, with either the "Simple" or "Detailed" view.
