OC Password - Change Forgotten Password

1. Go to http://www.oc.edu/forgotpassword in your web browser
2. Enter your OC Email address.
3. Click Next

1. Your email address should be already filled in from the previous step.
2. If you have a mobile number on file with OC, you can choose a phone number to use to get a verification code sent.  If not, you should be presented with other email addresses we have on file for you as a recovery option.  Select a phone number or email address to receive a verification code.  If you do not see your phone number or email address in the drop-down menu, select Not Listed.
3. Click Next

1. Your OC email address should already be filled in.
2. Enter the verification you received via text message.
3. Create a new password.
4. Confirm your new password by re-entering it
5. Click Next

You have successfully changed a forgotten password. Your new password will expire in 90 days.
