If your VPN connection is not working properly, try following the instructions below to remedy the problem.
Network and Sharing Center

- Click the Start button
- Type Change adapter settings in the search bar
- Click Network and Sharing Center
Change Adapter Options

Click Change Adapter Options
Open VPN Properties

- Right-click on the VPN.OC connection.
- Click on Properties
Change Security Settings

- Change PPTP to Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol with IPSec (L2TP/IPSec)
- Click on Advanced Settings
- Click the circle next to Use preshared key for authentication
- Enter the word Eagles as the key
- Click OK
- Click OK
