- Go to www.drive.google.com.
- If not already logged in, login to your account.
- In the top left hand corner of the screen click on the blue button labeled “New”.
- Hover your mouse over “More” on the bottom of the drop-down menu.
- Click on “Google Forms” next to the purple icon.
- Create a title for your form in the text-box labeled “Untitled Form”.
- To add a question to the form select the “+” icon in the box next to the form box.
- You can change the question type by selecting the grey drop-down menu labeled “Multiple Choice”.
- A question can be set as required by selecting the “Required” slider in the bottom right hand corner of the box.
- To send the form to students select the purple button in the top right-hand corner of the screen labeled “Send”.
- After a pop-up box appears, select the hyperlink icon.
- Copy the link to the form and email the link to your students.
- To view responses select the button labeled “Responses” on the top of the form block.
- To move the responses into a spreadsheet select the green icon in the top-right hand corner of the box.
