If you need to delete a file from LaserFiche, follow the steps below to make the request.
This program is only available for certain users due to licensing agreements. If you do not have access and believe you should have access to this program, please contact Support Central.
Find the File

- Right-click on the file you want to delete
- Select Start Business Process
Delete

- Select Delete
- Ciick Start
Confirm

- Click Yes to start the business process.
Confirmation

- A pop-up will appear to confirm that the business process was successfully launched.
- Select OK
- You will receive an email when the file has been deleted successfully.
Success!
You have successfully sent a file deletion request from Laserfiche.
