EMS is an Event Management System. Follow the steps below to download EMS from OC's server and install the program.
Note: This answer shows picture from Google Chrome. Different web browsers may show slightly different dialogue boxes or text. Please contact Support Central with questions.
You will need to enable pop-ups in order to properly download EMS client. For instructions, please see our answer on how to Enable Pop-Ups in Your Web Browser.
Open Link
Open the following link in your web browser:
Download Installer
Click Download and Install the EMS Desktop Client
Allow Changes/Pop-Ups
If you enabled pop-ups already, you should not see a dialogue box about this. However, depending on your web browser, a dialogue box may display to caution you against unknown websites or software. If this happens, click Keep or Always Allow Pop-ups. This software has been approved by Support Central and will not be malicious on your computer.
Run the Installer
Double-click EMSApplication.exe
Ignore the warning for the .cfg file.
Enter Username and Password
- Enter your User ID
- Enter your Password
- Click Ok
A User ID and Password should have been provided for you. If you do not have one and believe you should, please contact the office of Events at x6300.

- You have successfully downloaded and installed EMSClient.
