This answer talks about our paper and toner policy for the OC print system.
Toner
Toner is usually automatically replaced and taken to department heads before they run out. If the printer or copier is out of toner, please contact the nearest employee so they can replace it or ask Support Central for more. When cartridges are changed, empty toner should be delivered to Support Central for disposal.
Paper
Paper can be requested using the Paper Request form for Faculty and Staff. If the printer or copier is out of paper, please contact the nearest employee so they can submit a paper request form.
