This answer talks about our paper and toner policy for the OC print system.
Toner

Toner is usually automatically replaced and taken to department heads before they run out. If the printer or copier is out of toner, please contact the nearest employee so they can replace it or ask Support Central for more. When cartridges are changed, empty toner should be placed in a toner recycling bin. They can be found in these four locations:
- Support Central
- U-House Lobby
- PEC 223 Workroom
- Phase 6 Community Center
These bins are for toner cartridges only. We appreciate your help with not putting anything else in them.
Paper
Paper can be requested using the Paper Request form for Faculty and Staff. If the printer or copier is out of paper, please contact the nearest employee so they can submit a paper request form.
