This is a brief introduction on printing to one of the new Kyocera printers on campus. The interface is slightly different than some of our older models, but should still feel familiar.
Logging In
In order to access your print jobs at the printer, you have to log in to your account. There are two main ways of logging in on the printer. You can either swipe your ID on the scanner (located on the right-hand side of the printer as seen below)
Or you can provide your username and password on the login screen (once you tap on the fields, the on-screen keyboard will appear)
Releasing Print Jobs
Once you have logged in, releasing print jobs is very simple. If you just want to print all of your queued jobs, press on the "Print All" button on the home page. However, if you need to manage the jobs in your queue, press "Print Release"
From the Print Release page, you can manage your "Held Jobs" by either printing them, or deleting them. To do this, select the job(s), and then use the two buttons in the bottom right corner to either print or delete the job.
