This article is for those who think they are enrolled in a course but it is not appearing when they sign into Blackboard.
Step 1: Sign into Blackboard and navigate to the "Courses" tab.
Step 2: Try searching for your course using various parts of the course name and / or course ID. For example, "Principles of Biology I," or "2023SU_BIOL-1013-201", or even just "1013."
Step 3: If the above method did not work, try selecting the drop down menu towards the top in the middle of the page. In our example, it is currently set to "Current Courses."
Once selected, scroll down through the menu items to see if you can locate your course. Example below.
Step 4: If the above two options did not work, then try to use the left and right hand arrows on the page to toggle between different semesters.
Step 5: If the above three options did not work, then there is a chance that you have multiple pages of courses. If you have selected "Current Courses" in the menu like is highlighted in step 3, scroll down to the bottom of the page and see if there is a second or third page to the courses you are currently enrolled in. You may need to go to page 2 or 3 (or beyond) in order to see the course that you are looking for.
If none of the above work, then you can contact Support Central at supportcentral@oc.edu. They can check whether you are enrolled and troubleshoot the issue further.
