Audio File - Embed into Blackboard from Google Drive

1. Right-click the audio file you would like to embed into Blackboard.
2. Click Share

1. Make sure Anyone at Oklahoma Christian University with this link can view is selected.
2. Click Change if you need to change this selection.
3. Click Done.

Double-click the file you wish to embed

1. Click the dots in the top right corner
2. Click Open in new window

1. In the window that opened, click the three dots
2. Click Embed item...

1. Copy the embedded code
2. Click OK

You can now close out of this window and Google Drive.

Open the Blackboard course and content area where you want to embed the item.

1. Click Course Content in the left hand menu
2. Click Build Content
3. Click Item

1. Enter a Name for the item
2. Click the HTML button in the text box area

1. Paste the embedded code
2. Click Update
