For these instructions, you will need to have the audio recorded on your cell phone. Once your recording is finished, you will need to email it to yourself and download the file.
Some phones or other devices do not save recorded audio files as .mp3 files. If your audio file is NOT .mp3, you will need to convert the file using Cloud Convert after you have accessed it on your computer.

Convert the Audio File
Go to cloudconvert.com
Select Files

- To choose a file from your computer, click Select File on cloudconvert.com
- Click From my Computer

- Choose the file from your computer to convert
- Click Open
In order to use this feature you will have to register with Cloud Convert. You can follow the on-screen instructions to create an account and upload using Google Drive.

If you would like to edit aspects of your audio recording, you can click the wrench icon.

The above window will appear. When you have finished making edits, click Okay.
Start Conversion

Click the Convert button at the bottom of the page.
Download Converted File

Click the Download button.
Save Converted File

- Enter the file name and choose the file's location
- Click Save
Upload the Audio File to Blackboard
In Blackboard, go to the assignment you would like to submit your audio to.
Success!
You have successfully uploaded a converted audio file to your Blackboard assignment.
