Make sure Chrome is up to date
Chrome is not up to date when the three vertical dots in the top right corner of the window are any color other than gray. To update Chrome, simply close and relaunch Chrome.
Open Chrome Settings
- Click the vertical dots in the top right corner.
- Click Settings.
Settings
- Scroll down until you see Privacy and security.
- Click Site Settings.
Site Settings
Under Permissions, click Cookies and site data.
Allow Cookies
Click the switch next to Allow sites to save and read cookie data. If it is on, it will be blue with the circle on the right.
