Open Chrome browser.
Open Settings Menu
- On your browser toolbar, select Google Chrome controls (the three dots in the top right corner).
- Click Settings.

- Scroll down to Privacy and security.
- Scroll to then select Clear browsing data.
Clear Browsing Data
- Select the checkboxes for Cookies and site data and Cached images and files.
- In the drop-down next to Time Range, select All Time.
- Select Clear data.
