Exporting Course/Organization
- Navigate to the course/organization that you want export from.
- Under Course Management (or Organization Management), click Packages and Utilities, then click Export/Archive Course (or Export/Archive Organziation).
- Click Export Package.
- Under the section Select Course Materials for courses or Select Organization Materials for organizations, choose which parts of the course/organization you want to export.
- Click Submit.
- Click the package that you just created (it will be a .zip file) to download it to your computer.
Importing Course/Organization
- Navigate to the course/organization that you want export from.
- Under Course Management (or Organization Management), click Packages and Utilities, then click Import Package/View Logs.
- Click Import Package.
- Click the Browse Local Files button and select the package you saved earlier.
- Under the section Select Course Materials for courses or Select Organization Materials for organizations, choose which parts of the course/organization you want to import (should match the parts you selected to export earlier).
- Finally, click Submit.
