All documents should first be uploaded to the server before linking.
Lock for Editing

On the left-hand side, click Lock for Editing.
Choose what Content to Edit

Click the Edit Content button of the contentlet you would like to have link to your document.
Insert/Edit Link

- Highlight the text you would like to use to link to your document.
- Click the Hyperlink button
Browse for Document

Click the browse icon in the box that appears.
Choose Document
- Use the left-hand menu to find the folder containing your document.
- Click the document you would like to link to.
Link Information

- These boxes will fill in automatically.
- Title your document
- If you would like the link to open a new window in the user's browser, select New Window. Otherwise, leave it set to None.
- Click OK
Save Content

Click Save to save now and publish later or click Save / Publish to save and publish now.
NOTE: Save/Publish will make the content visible as soon as the page is published.
Release Lock

Click Release Lock to allow others to edit the web page.
